out of there computer we found one that takes out 5 of them but if you dont purchase it after those 5 come back she has over 983 problems found in this computer and what can we get for free to take them out at no charge its a vista

I would download, install and run adaware 2007 the free version. I would also consider getting the free version of spybot search and destroy ( S & D ).
Also, having a good Anti virus security suite is a great thing but usually they are not free. Personally I like Kaspersky but they only offer full trial unless you buy it after 30 days.

I really don't know if you are talking about virus or spyware issues. So let's attempt to talk about both of them.
If it is a virus issue, goto the AVG Free webpage and download their free virus scanner software. I have used it for years and it works quite well. Web address is:

If you are talking about spyware, there is a free spyware scanner and remover available from Lavasoft called ad-aware. Again, I have years of history with this software and it works very well. The first time you run it, run a full system scan. After you have removed the spyware it finds... run it again with a smart scan just to make sure you got everything. Download these programs. Update them regularly and run them regularly.
AVG antivirus.
Spybot Search adn Destroy
Adaware 2007
They are all free on the internet.
