Not weird at all! When I was 14, I was singing & harmonizing with my parents to songs of the 30's and 40's (from their day)!

My favourites are:
1) The Power of Love - by Jennifer Rush and/or Celine Dion
2) What a Wonderful World - Louis Armstrong
3) Unchained Melody - The Righteous Brothers

Thats not weird at all.. Those are actually some really good choices you have.. Being 14 years old and liking Louis Armstrong just makes me proud!!!!

Free Bird-Lynyrd Skynyrd
Dyer Maker-Led Zeppelin
Sympathy For The Devil-The Rolling Stones.

Keep listening to the classics!!!!

For me there would have to be a Beatle or John Lennon song
on the list which is a hard choice.
So many would work, let's say "Mind Games" - John Lennon.
Then a real masterpiece "Close To The Edge" - YES
Finally perhaps *Thick As A Brick" - Jethro Tull
It's a really tough question.

In my opinion:
1 = Billy Joel - I Go To Extremes
2 = Bruce Springsteen - Born To Run
3 = Meat Loaf - Paradise By The Dashboard Lights

I don't think my opiunion has changed in the last 10 years on these tracks .... just ultimate classics!!
