National News I watch Fox local. World news I switch between CNN and Fox Broadcast. And my computer daily.

I listen to NPR during my commute. I find that they cover both national and world news very well. Occasionally, I'll watch CNN in the evening but not often.

My television before I go into work, National news I really don't care about. If it's not happening in my neck of the woods, I don't care.
