If it is a silver certificate there are 3 one has the signatures Speelman-White and Woods -White both of these sell for $45 in grade fine but yours maybe lower than that. The last one is signed Woods-Tate and it sells for $185 in grade fine. Of course a dealer would pay less about 40% or so and the tape on it lowers it's grade but do not remove it. I would recogmend holding on to it for as time goes by even the lower grade noes and coins prices go up due to demand. There are only so many top quality ones around.

condition is poor. Still could be worth more than a dollar, take to a coin collector to access value. Many issues are involved on the appraisal, such as the date, what mint, is it a silver cert., condition of the note, and others.
