Moles NaOH = 15.5 x 0.2501 / 1000 = 0.00388 = moles of acid ( Note :if the acid is monoprotic)
Volume of acid = 35.5 mL = 0.0355 L
M = Moles / L = 0.00388 / 0.355 = 0.109 M
