I need a realistic price per month for OC-192 service. Most of the results I get are cloaked in the whole "Request a quote" thing. Additionally, if you know the cost of the routers, cards, or other equipment needed, that would be a major plus (and a guaranteed 10 points).

I live in Iowa and the best I can do you is quote you the price I have here. $12878.37 Per month for OC -192 / 4 OC48 Split
The router is a Cisco 12000 series with cards and switch for around $26,000.00, Rack and software $1350.00
You will also need a 8 Port OC48c-STM-16c POS Line Card, I am not sure of the price, but the link is below. I don't use that card.
I am not sure what you are wanting to do, but this is enough equipment to start your own ISP and provide more then 300,00 broadband users.
This Cisco router is upgradeable to a full 10Gbps.
If this is a ISP system you will also need a radius server, and some other things. But I have answered your main question and don't want to guess at what you want to do, so adding more information for you might not be relevant to your project.

No offence, but without knowing WHERE you live, I can only state that it will likely be quite expen$ive, since it is better that a T-1 and they out-do them.

Incidentally...call for a quote from various providers in your area. (Shop around.) And don't be too upset if/when you find that your local provider doesn't support it.

Also, given that the OC-3 service (where offered) can run from $20k-$40k PER MONTH...I can see it running $100k/mo.

usually YES usually NO. Pregnancy indicators are the identical as indicators of a interval coming so usually it is very difficult to inform. tHE VERY BEST approach to recognise is to attend until a interval is past due and do a hometest. I used to be 7 weeks earlier than i learned with my daughter I NEVER felt unwell pregnant sore boobs ANY SIGNS of being pregnant however, a + scan. With this being pregnant earlier than my interval used to be due i felt scorching, irriated, crampy, sore boobs, the whole lot smelled horrible. All being pregnant are differnt despite the fact that a ladies is having no indicators and a interval is past due it is first-rate to scan.
