Do you think the juge would go with that or say no and put them with someone eles and make thier life more horrible by putting them with someone they dont know and thier no confortable with. Becuase if a juge wouldnt put them with the boyfriends mother they wouldnt want to make a mistake and try and file for someone eles to get coustody of them if they get place someone eles. Zero.

You aren't being neglected... you just don't like living at home.

You got pregnant at 16 with your eighteen year old boyfriend, and when you found out that HE couldn't "take custody" of you, you came up with this solution.

(I read all your other questions.)

You have a child and your pregnant again? You need to practice safe sex because while having children maybe fun, your actions guarantee that you life will be in poverty, your boyfriends life will be in poverty and you kids will grow up in poverty.
I will give you some advice that you can chose to take or ignore. You can get married to your boyfriend if you have a kid with him however if you do not have a kid yet DO NOT HAVE ONE. You are too young, I know you may hear that often, but I am speaking from experience. I have gone through the same things you are going through. Wait until your boyfriend can afford to raise you child and you are independent from your own mother. Finish high school then think about growing up.

PS. There is no judge in Minnesota that will take away your Mom's parental rights. Goodluck.

Highly unlikely a judge would make that ruling. First, the proof of neglect would need to be explained and believed.

Wow... totally complicated situation. I don't believe that this is something the judge would rule in favor of. What if something happens between the two of you? What would happen to him?

Before I answer you need to tell this forum how old your boyfriend is.
