Personally I would take the morning after pill. The home pregnancy kits these days say that you can find out if pregnant up to 4 days before your period is due. The morning after pill can be used 72 hours after unprotected sex but more efficient if used straight away. As for STI, I would go and speak to someone at your local health centre, but I would do all this sooner rather than wait for your period and be riddled with worry. Good luck.

Well you can't find out till you are late. And that is way to late for the morning after pill. I would just do the pill cause if you go for an abortion or something like that it will not only cost you a lot of money but it will be something that you will have to live with your whole life. Knowing that you were pregnant and ending it vs. preventing it from happening are two different things. Make sure you use protection and give that lousy b/f the big heave-ho.

Been there done that! Well take a STD test asap then two wks later and then 6 months later... i kno it can be time comsuming but its worth knowing that you are STD free, incl. aids/hiv free. It sounds like you dont know your options think things through before you have sex with anyone. Will you/ or your partner accept the risks of sex? When you get pregnant will you keep it or give it up for adoption, or abort it? Are you willing to to get an abortion? Do you have the money for an abortion? Do you have the money for the morning after pill? what will you and your partner do if you are pregnant? those are the things you want to think about when you are in any sexual realtionship. I have a son and at first I wanted an abortion but I was thinking that I shouldn't cut my child's life; he/she could be the next einstein, doctor, or president. I could've opt for adoption but he too cute and funny to give up. I wouldnt regret my desicion of keeping him, but I do regret having him early. Just think before you act.

I tested a few days after my estimated ovulation, and intercourse, and got a positive result.
A positive or negative result will be a reflection of the level of hCG in your urine at the time of testing. Of course it all depends on the woman.
Definitley get checked out by your doctor tho. STI's can be very harmful to your baby.

Some home pregnancy tests can tell three days before your period is due, but if you think you need testing for sti then go to a doctor immediately. Good luck.

About two or three weeks later you can buy a preg test at the pharmacy and then the kit detects the change of hormones in your urine to see if your preggers. So get that pill asap if you are not ready for a baby and go get a std test including hiv. Good luck with that. Good times.

properly, techincally they might "grow to be" pregnant in easy terms interior 3-5 days after intercourse by way of fact the sperm will finally die. Sperm can in easy terms stay alive for 3-5 days, not 10 days like that different guy suggested. Now, in case you meant to assert how quickly until now she "is commonly used with" she pregnant. might desire to be approximately 2-3 weeks finding on how commonplace her sessions are. Ovulation is usually on day 14 of the menstual cycle. meaning 14 days later (on a suitable 28 day menstrual cycle), she could get her era. She might desire to be previous due although for different motives. maximum "commonplace" women are even off an afternoon or 2.

best to wait 19 days after unprotected sex for an accurate result (takes into account sperm can live for 5 days),

So sorry. :( I always thought you had to wait until after you are due for your period, but check on the back of the pregnancy test box, or call your obgyn, to be sure.
