There is nothing more that would make me happy than to be your wife

2007-09-26 04:42:50 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 3 0

Gee! I've never had a woman propose to me before!
I sincerely appreciate the splendid offer, however, I must decline on the grounds that I am already married. And, at this time, I do not have any thoughts of changing my religion so that I am able to have additional wives.

But, thank you very much, just the same.

You might have better luck asking one of those guys standing by the fire, in the alley down the street, they might be interested in your offer.

Awwww, now if this is about a certain fuzzy little gopher friend of ours...I'd say the best thing to do is tell him he'll need a license.

A license to marry gophers from the United States of America, I should think. That should do it I believe. I'm pretty sure. Check back with me later. I've been trained in this sort of thing.

Of course I will. But personally I think that yes is the best answer because it's right to the point.

My mom did this when my dad propsed. She jumped up and down nodding her head, then went outside and ran around block yelling that she was getting married. I think my dad got the answer from that.

"Huh? I thought you said 'will Yuma ream me?'"

Seriously, I think eyes flooding with tears, a big smile, a vigorous, tight hug around the neck and copious kissing would pretty much say it all.

You could take the 40 Year Old Virgin approach...
Answer the question with a question...

"Do you THINK I would want to marry you?"
