I'd jump for joy if...
I won a million dollars or more.
Poverty suddenly dissappeared.
All the woman in the world fell in love with me.
Became a proffesor of Physics at Hardvard.
All knowledge was given to yours truly.
I jumped from an airplane into a moutain of ice cream.
A movie was made about my life and I was payed for it! YES

If I was excepted by society and I was not so hyper sensitive to rejection. I am usually the most misunderstood person and am infamous for making unwise decisions. So, maybe it would be that people could accept me for me, welcome my differences with open arms and that I could overcome my impulsiveness. It sounds easy but it is REALLY hard.
Sadly, my wish is a selfish one but my hope would be through changing these things, I could encourage others to turn their lives around as well and never to loose yourself in the process...
