Doesn't sound like a good situation especially with your Hubby working there as well. I'd quit that company and go to another. Sounds like you have good work ethics, so you shouldn't have trouble finding work.
Good luck.

I would say it is time to look for another job. So that you dont think that it will affect your husband just tell them that you got an offer to work somewhere else and they are giving you 30 hours a week guaranteed. Also tell them that it would be great for your personal relationship so that you and your husband can share your days without it being the same. Thank them for the opportunity and go on your way. Good luck!

It is time to cut the strings and move on. Go find another job and give your notice. Do it in a nice way that won;t reflect bad on your husband.

When asked why you are leaving. Just say that you need more hours. Leave out the part about being promised more and lied to. Simply I need more hours.

You can't mess with the church.
If you don't subscribe to their religion and have no desire to convert, find other employment. There are none more prejudiced than the faithful.
I feel sorry for you but that's just the way it is.
