All of the above:
Branded, then sent to outer space. If it comes back down some day, put in the hall of fame along with a picture of the space alien who brought it back.

Well personally I'd like to draw a giant asterisk on it myself and make him keep it in his house so that every time he sees it he'll remember what a roids-raging a** he is...
Realistically, and only because I know it will be sent to the Hall of Fame, I think it's only fair to put an asterisk next to it. Why should he get the same credit as some of the great players back in the day who accomplished it with their God-given talent. He doesn't deserve to be held on the same level as them since he didn't accomplish anywhere near what they did.
Maybe we should just put it in the bathroom in the Hall of Fame??

I say do not sink to his level, send it to the Hall of Fame without anything done to it, let the Hall put it in the back and deal with it as they wish to deal with it. Putting an Asterik on it does nothing but makes multiple people look like morons rather than taking the high road. That being said I do not really have a say since I did not buy the ball.

sell it on ebay and donate the proceeds to young people's charities in the Bay area, or in the home town of the ball owner.
The ball that deserves to go into outerspace is number 800. maybe that will be hit by Barry Bonds. Maybe it will be hit by ARod. Maybe it won't be hit for another 25 years. But nothing short of 800 deserves the extraterrestrial attention.

First there is never enough bashing of that bloated, self-righteous SOB. Second, the asterisk is perfect. HOF will accept the ball and they will have to explain the brand when people ask.
In and of itself it's the perfect solution since it will forever mar this jerks accomplishment. So like I voted originally, 2 :).

I'm happy with # 2. I think that's the best decision. The ball is still a part of baseball history, even if it's tainted.
