I am currently in the process of buying a home and i need to paint the interior. I am familiar with operating both HVLP and airless type of sprayers, however i am not an expert by any means. I have been looking at Wagner and Spraytech options but am unaware of the quality other than rumours. I plan on buying one of value not a walmart wannabe. I want one that is durable and can handle a workload for i may in the future want to use it for larger jobs. If you have any insight on this sort of thing i would greatly appreciate some advice. If you do indeed reply thank you.

I have owned probably over 200 airlesses in my 37 years of painting..Spraytech and wagner are complete junk, getting parts for wagner even home depot has to order 500.00 dollars in thier goods to receive anything.. Onced used and not stored properly, the insides are not tungsten and they rust and the balls freeze up etc..they are trash..Graco is the cadillac brand of airless sprayers...Get one no less than the xr7 graco on the link below..personally I like the graco 190 they sell but it is around 800.00 bucks..Graco you can get parts for at any paint store, online etc easily and expediantly.....this litlle rig wil probably fit your needs as long as it is cleaned and stored properly...

I've had three Wagner airless on the job for over twenty years, one was rebuilt three times now. Using a spray gun takes experience and, is fast and easy, it can be used for the fruit tress in the summer for spray, the garden, painting the fences, the neighbors borrow them now that I'm retired. They get around. I paid about $750.00 for each one, they made me a small fortune. They are only as messy as the one using it. They beat a roller or brush for big jobs all to heck. And, I got them from Home Depot, they sell all the parts.

I have had a midrange Wagner sprayer for lots of years and lots of painting. My neighbor just bought an inexpensive wager sprayer for about $200.00 called a paint pro or something like that. This is a nice little rig, a serious painter or a pro would never buy this one. I was just looking at spraytech, If I had the extra money. that is where I would spend my money. Like everything else, quality in tools costs!

I used spray gun many time b4 for painting my house and i was always disappointed from the result , spraying is miss,to much set up ,cleaning ,if you paint around door and windows you need lots of tapes and paper to cover also you are going to lose to much paint in the air so it is also unhealthy, my own opinion is to use roller paint ,it is faster cheaper and looks better , sorry to disappoint you ,it is just an opinion .
