Is this really for economics, where markets and commodities are established by certain raw materials and products based in certain geographical areas?
Do you mean something along the line of The Great Basin in Nevada, parts of Utah, Arizona, California, and Idaho, where the main export is minerals, the main employers and companies are based on mining, with forestry second, recreation third, and agriculture 4th?
If that is what you mean, there is your first example. You need five more. Get busy and do your homework.

Demographic: Age Gender Education Level Marital Status Langauge Ownership (house, dog, etc...) Religion Geographic: Continent Country Province/State Climate Density (urban, rural) Area (this could be as small as a 3 block radius around the business)
