yes you can..the question is SHOULD you? and WHO?
you can do anything you want,
even something that might seem really hard like trusting someone 100%
and if you do you should first remember that even though that feeling of knowing your relationship (friend, parent, boy/girl friend, dog,ect) is so trusted and nice you have to remember that everything has a downside and the one for someone braking your heart/trust hurts so much.
so if your willing to take that risk of getting hurt, give it a try and open up..
i say it is worth the shot.
cause it's true..you never know unless you try..

Yes. It is possible to fully trust another human 100%.
I don't love very many people and I trust even fewer.
