He is doing a signing at a mall near me this weekend, and I'd like to go, but I was curious if anyone had met him before at a similar setting? Basically, I'm curious if he'd be inclined to take a photograph with me. Most athletes at these will, but some are very hands-off and just want to sign there name and have you move on.

i would imagine that some ppl have met him...i mean come on he played football with ppl. he lived with ppl. i sould go on for a while.

Joe Namath is probably the coolest guy out of all living sports legends. Talk to him like a man, and he'll be way cool.

I have met joe years ago and quite a character and he will probably take a picture with you of course you might want to offer him some pantyhose////

Well now that he doesn't drink he may be more standoffish , I would imagine if you have enough money to pay he will .
