What is No Par Value common stock?
I found out this type of stock going over the document for making a company in Delaware in U.S.

It's a stock with no par value assigned. The notion of par value (or stated value) has somewhat archaic origins, dating back several hundred years. Par value was the stated price at which a new corporation's stock would be issued. Most companies have done away with the concept of a par value. What you got for the stock goes into common stock equity, that's it. In the past, you might have an item called additional capital paid-up in excess of par, or share premium. Now it's so much simpler. When a co. issues stock, just:
