The ONLY way the EX could remain responsible after the ex REMARRIES, is IF the divorce papers clearly state that. I find it hard to believe that ANYBODY would be lame enough to state responsibility for and ex if they remarry - - check the papers - if she is WRONG, change your phone numbers to unlisted, record or keep all threats, then call the police for harassment.

Check the divorce judgment. It should explicitly say how long he is obligated to keep her on health insurance. usually after a remarriage it is not required. If she is threatening over the phone - make sure to record her calls and use it as evidence if she tries to not let him see the kids or anything. Good luck and God Bless.

After an ex becomes an ex, he/she is not entitled to anything, unless it was part of the divorce degree. Even then, there should have been written stipulations about things such as this.
Take her off. You are no longer married and no longer responsible for your ex's coverage, especially insurance.

It depends on what is in his divorce decree, you might want to tell him you need to see it in writing to end this dispute between the 2 of you.
That if it's in the Divorce papers, you will leave him alone about it, if he finds out it's not, because he doesn't remember, then he can tell her to stop wasting good air around him.
good luck ~

Her insurance is her new husband's responsibility. How can she threaten your husband? What does she have over him on this? It would be cheaper to drop her from the policy, wouldn't it?

No, he does not have to keep her health coverage. If she remarries then all types of alimony (that includes health ins) ends.
Child health ins. coverage is another story, but alimony stops.
