No; Defragmenting is essentially your computer rearranging all the data on your hard drive so that it can find it easier.
Much like how a library uses the dewey decimal system to arrange its books, but you still need a librarian to keep it all neat and tidy, when you defrag your computer is keeping your hard drive neat and tidy.
Cleaning C drive is when windows deletes information if no longer needs, temp files and such.
And cookies are little files that store information regarding the internet, like how yahoo can keep you logged in, this is done through a cookie, or with websites that you can arrange to see how you like, this is also done though a cookie, however cookies can be used to track your internet movement or be enbedded with viruses.

Nope, but very useful tools though.
Defragmenting takes all the extensions of an application and brings all of them back together. An example would be Microsoft Word.. it needs internet explorer to receive updates, so it has to use another program with an extension.

No, over time your computer will use and move files around while you work on it, after a while this gets a bit jumbled up and the computer starts to slow down, defragmenting just re-sorts the file system on your hard drive into an unjumbled order, this wil enable you computer to find files faster therefore taking les time to search and run,
Cleaning the c drive is just basicaly removing any thing from temporary and unused foulders that are cluttering up your file system and taking up unnessasary space on your hard drive.
Deleting cookies and browser history is done in the properties section of the tools menu on your browser.

ps, defragment and clean at least once a month to keep your system in tip top shape.

defraging the drive means moving the files to contiguous space on the drive as opposed to the mess windows leaves you with with files split up and spread all over the drive. Use a drive optimization utility for this ( or swtich to a real operating system with a better filesystem that does not fall apart as files are written in parts.)
Deleting cookies just cleans up some files your browser uses.

No. Defragmenting doesn't delete anything. Cleaning out just depends on what you are cleaning. It depends on the options you choose.

No, it just changes the position of your harddrive and sorts out different files and put in other place in your computer you will still have them there, defragmating files doesn't do a thing it is just a waste of time doing it
