PrtScrn will copy the entire desktop to the clipboard.

Paste it into Paint and then crop it to just include the screen that you want the screenshot of.

Alt-PrtScrn will copy the active window, so if you just want what is in the active window on the second monitor then that would work, but you will not get any image of inactive windows behind the active one, or of your desktop and any icons.
