Get in to your best acting mode and start REALLY acting totally retarded when she calls you that - - let her SEE exactly how a true retarded person acts - then when she gets upset about THAT, tell her "Well, I might as well be one because that is what you think anyway".
IF she is at all intelligent, she will think twice before calling you that again - but, keep putting on the act EVERY time, and eventually she will stop.

I agree with what the others haver said holding a mirror up to her face by saying u made me, i leatned from you will make her see that what she is saying refects on her because she is the one that has brought u in to this world.
