Take your SIM card out and put it in another phone, go into security and turn your SIM card PIN number off.
Then put your SIM back in the phone and you wont be asked for it.
If your phone has a memory card, transfer all the data on to card and back it up on a pc.
If you dont have a memory card, get a compatible data lead then backup to pc direct.

Once your phone is empty of pics and stuff, call O2 and then get a replacement one organised.

Good luck

Did you get warranty on the phone?? Take it in to where you got it usually they will replace it for free or a deductible of 50.00 if you have the warranty.

take it to the local o2 shop and they should be able to get you your pictures and numbers off the phone before taking it to repair

take a store to see if they can trouble shoot it.

also do you have insurance to get it repaalced.
get back up assistant so you can transfer your data to the next phone if this is no longer serviceable
