Rub some "Olde English" Oil into all of it with a dry rag. Big, Big Improvement hiding all the scratches and chingers in trim and doors, just match the color up, rub it in, and buff a little afterward. Re-Apply on extremely damaged wood. Hides alot.

Save your money and let the landlord keep and maintain his own house. Put your money into savings for a down payment on your own place. The housing situation is getting really good for buyers right now as housing prices are plummeting and new home sales are at a low. Start looking around for an affordable place so you can start building equity and a more secure future.

bypass away the timber unpainted. the previous vendors of my abode painted the trim interior the residing room, eating room & kitchen white. that's a organic cherry stain for the era of something of the abode. I choose they could have left the trim because it grew to become into unique to the abode. i've got tried to repair it returned to the timber, in spite of the indisputable fact that that's incredibly lots paintings to try this, and it's going to in no way look the way it did whilst the abode grew to become into outfitted.
