Tough one. I personally like the accents from Northern Europe, Dutch or German speaking English is kind of sexy in a man. But then I'm biased ... It's more the voice that does it for me, rather than the accent.

I really like the sound of Spanish girls voices really warm and friendly..
Either that or Irish girls.. they just make me smile all the time.
They are the prettiest too. Italian girls are too girlie, french girls are too 80's i'mm independent.
Dutch girls are too sensible and well lets not mention the Germans.
Polish and Czech girls can be very hot but the accent is not all that sexy really.
I met a swiss girl once her accent was quite sexy but her english had a slight American twang which bugged me a bit.

Without out the sexiest accent is a Highland accent and at least we can make ourselves understood. Mind you, I would love an Italian whispering in my ear.

for me it'd definitely be Spanish, i haven't looked yet but I'm guessing most people have put french down but i find it too pompous.... i remember watching a few films and not only did i find it sexy but there just seems to be an intelligence and humour to the spanish language.
