You're looking for what autozone calls a serpentine belt or accessory belt.
The 2004 Corolla has a serpentine belt, it is not adjustable as the tensioner is there to place the required tension on the belt.
From the Autozone web site.
Go to Shopping.
Select under Parts --> Routine Maintenance --> Belts
(You will at some point be asked for your cars make model and year information)
Try this link (not sure if autozone's site uses cookies, which I think it does so link may not work):

It may be that all you have is a loose belt. Before you go out and get a new belt inspect it. If it is not cracking or otherwise looking worn out, try tightening it.
While you can tighten a belt yourself having a second person can be helpful to keep tension on the belt while you retighten the bolts. I like to use a long piece of wood as a pry bar to avoid scratching up the car. Check how much give the belt has before you start.
If the belt is loose you will likely have more than 1/2 inch of give when you push on the belt. It is quite possible to over tighten belts, so be sure you have about 1/4-1/2 of give before you snug the bolts down.
If you need a new belt most parts stores will get you the right one if you ask, or if you want there will be a guide book chained to the belt isle that will get you the right part number for your model and year of Corolla.

Look in your manual for the engine type and size, such as 2.4 liter, 6 cylinders. DOHC. Go to autozone and tell them you need a belt for your specific engine and car and they should be able to help you

It's called a serpentine belt and just go to the parts store and ask for one for a 04 corolla and you will have to tell them what size engine you have.

Call your local Toyota dealership and sometimes they will tell you but more then likely they will want you to bring it in. Autozone will be able to help you though the guys there have books and pictures. But you should have a factory trained technician look at it.

The belt is loosed. There's a small pulley that serves as adjuster to the tightness of the belt, loosen the bolt holding the pulley, make the belt tight and tighten the bolt consequently!
