Use nail polish remover (acetone) on a soft cloth, You could also try alcohol. Don't let it run & drip on Painted or varnished surfaces or set the cloth down on anything painted or varnished. It won't hurt the glass.

On the glass, get a razor-blade scraper, and then just wash the windows.
On the frames, if it's aluminum, I'd use alittle steel-wool IF a rag won't pull it up.
If Bathroom tile is gloss... use that razor-scraper.
98% of interior paint in the USA is going to be latex.. no need for "paint thinner".
GOOD LUCK

A razor blade scraper is the tool for this job. The bathroom windows require a little more elbow grease. Use grease (vegetable oil), and with a paper towel apply this onto the window quite heavily, wait a couple of hours, and wash with soapy hotwater. Should work.

Pick up a bottle of Goof-Off and use a clean rag. After removal then use Windex. Goof-Off is specifically made for paint screw-ups. Works real easy.

If it's latex, just use soap and water or windex and maybe a razor blade (be careful!). If oil based, use the paint thinner. Good luck.

If the paint is latex (water based) GOOF OFF works very well.
If the paint is oil based, use paint thinner and a razor blade scraper.

You do not have to use harsh chemicals, steel wool will work on both glass and tile. Try an inconspicuous area on the tile but it should be fine. In the tight corners use a razor blade. Hope this helps.

I used a razor blade to scrap paint off my windows - it MIGHT work on the tile? Don't know.
