I was on my laptop last night (on Y! Answers, in fact) and I had the tv on & heard something about somebody dying on a movie set, but by the time I'd snapped out of it and looked at the tv I'd missed the whole blip. Can somebody fill me in?

Yea,someone died on the set of the new Batman movie.
It was someone who worked on the set,not an actor or actress.
Their set car went into a tree or something? I can't remember.

Batman special effects man killed
A special effects technician working on the new Batman film was killed when a vehicle he was in crashed while on a stunt test run. The accident happened off-set and there was no filming taking place, movie company Warner Bros Pictures said.

Yes, there was a technician that died. The report said it wasn't one of the main actors and that they weren't filming footage for the movie. Reports said they were driving one of the vehicles and that's when the mishap occurred. Here is the link.
