Remotely nearby no. Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire offers a minor in parapsychology as part of an undergraduate psychology degree.
Many schools will allow thesis and dissertations on parapsychological subjects at the graduate level.
There are a few universities engaged in parapsychological research that you could possibly participate in if you were a student.
The University of Virginia (link below).
The University of Arizona (link below)
The University of Edinburgh (link below)
You may also want to look at the web site for the Parapsychology Association (link below) that list the educations and current positions of their members.
The answer that said studying psychology will discourage your interest can be true. It is important that you talk with faculty and find at least one professor that will support your interest. If you can't consider another school. Also experimental psychology is best suited for parapsychology but not for many job possibilities. Clinical or Counseling psychology would at least allow you to work (within your degree field).
Also, many members of the PA have degrees in medicine, physics, engineering, etc. it really depends on what approach you wish to take to studying a phenomena.

You're not going to find any accredited school in the US which offers Parapsychology as a major degree option.
I think you already answered your question -- study psychology instead. It is a legitimate science which can lead to a paying job. Study parapsychology as a hobby, or perhaps if you have a lenient faculty, you may even be able to work in some aspect of parapsychology into your studies at school.

No reputable university offers a degree in parapsychology. No offense, but once you learn a bit more about science and the claims paranormalists make you'll understand why no school would offer such a degree. It would be the laughing stock of the academic community because parapsychology is not a science.

Most parapsychology studies are conducted in underground facilities.
Mainly in the basements of the researcher's parents.

at my place, ASHEVILLE N.C. is where you find me, near a huge mountainous terrain, if you decide to stop by, don't hesitate to ask where the public Library is.
