Zinger!

I don't think he did it on purpose. I found the whole thing to be hilarious. Especially his name Milton Bradley! Haha!
What a coincidence that Milton Bradley came up with the game operation. hhahah!

The way the ACL is usually torn is when the athlete changes direction of movement and twists their knee while doing so, usually because they're not applying enough muscular power to stabilize during the change. So yeah, Bradley was trying to move one way while the manage was pulling him another. He wasn't expecting to move to the side of his body so he wasn't contracting the muscles needed to stabilize the knee. When passive movement occurs, only the ligaments are pulled and, in this case, torn (ACL means anterior cruciate ligament).

It was an accident but yeah, the manager pretty much contributed to it significantly

Yes, it's true. Bradley got into it with the first base umpire. Padre manager Bud Black tried to pull Bradley away so he wouldn't get tossed, and in doing so brought him to the ground and tore Bradley's ACL.

More like
"Did a player really lose control that much that his OWN manager had to tackle him and as a result, he tore his ACL"

Yes, it's crazy. Bradley is nuts and doesn't deserve to make a living in the public eye.
