Santa Barbara is great...so pretty...have views of the ocean and mountains. Great little downtown with cool shops and restaurants. You can rent a car and go through wine country or drive to L.A.
Colorado is also fun...if you like outdoorsy stuff.....Rocky Mt. National Park is awesome!

Los Angeles area. If you dont want to be with all of the millions of people, head down to Newport Harbor, or noth to Ojai and Santa Barbara...it's beautiful.

The best place to go would have to be florida it has the most wonderful beaches and alot of sightseeing.
