I neglected to add earlier we're customer care and it's an "open" office environment... as in no offices and barely cubes

if you told us the department, it could help inspire an appropriate theme.
For Accounting or Acquisitions, how about Pirates?
Human Resources, prisoners (B/w stripes with ball-and-chains)?
For Real Estate, how about a military theme (civil war soldiers, or another era)
For title searchers, how about Egyptology/Archeology, or at least Indiana Jones?
For records management or publishing/printing, how about firefighters?
for computer services, how about cavemen?
that's all off the top of my head.

Cemetary, it should make the 90 year olds fell right at home.

Assuming you have cubicles you can decorate each one to look like a grave. The corner offices can be made into mini haunted houses.
