Hi..
I do housework, because I like a nice clean house..I don't like doing it..There are plenty of other things I would rather be doing..
I guess some people find house work very fulfilling..Everyone is different..

I actually do enjoy it as a form of meditation. I love to be alone with a dirty house and just my peace and quiet and start cleaning.
I hate to do it with anyone around because they break the spell.
One of my first jobs as a teenager was as a motel maid and later I cleaned houses for individual people.I really did enjoy those jobs, I just wish they paid more.

I do not like it at all, but once it's done there is some satisfaction. I don't get much satisfaction lately ;). When the kids are gone I'm getting a house cleaning service.

The only thing I like is loading the dishwasher - gives me a nice feeling of satisfaction that i don't have to wash the darn things.

no - no no .no no no - i turned my place into a minimal paradise - no ornaments to dust - no carpets to scrub spills off - i only do it when i have to - if I've cleaned the house the kids usually ask ' who's coming over' - yes maybe i am a slob but my house rarely looks a mess.( if you don't touch the dust it doesn't show)

It takes your mind out of things and you feel so much better once you see how tidy and clean is your house.
