Since it's still considered a new release, you can buy it from just about anywhere. They have it at Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Blockbuster, probably even the video section of your grocery store! If I were you, I'd either get it at Wal-Mart or on Amazon.com because they both usually have the lowest prices on DVDs. Also, keep in mind that the title of the movie is actually "The Pursuit of Happyness," with Happiness spelled wrong on purpose. It should be easy for you to find.

I hope you are talking the movie with Will Smith. You can get it just about anywhere they sell movies. Blockbuster,amazon,ebay. I got mine through the Columbia house DVD club. You should be able to find it somewhere else for less.
