Yes. Time dilation is a known effect of travel at high speeds.

It has not affected astronauts - they don't go anywhere NEAR fast enough. You have to be travelling at at least 1/2 light speed before it's really noticable.

As your velocity increases relative to another location, time would move slower on a clock with you compared to one left at the other location. So, time would look like it was moving faster to you if you used that second clock as a reference.

That’s depend in which direction you are going to, for example if you are going to the east the time get faster, but if you are going to the west the time get slower because of the movement of the earth around it self .

Yes, for example if you take a fast train from Los Angeles to New York, it will take a lot less time thatn if you walk, thats provided the train does not break down.
