Yes and vice versa, I have known men who act like women in relationships.

I think "behave like men" is subjective. Are we talking about lesbians? Or just a relationship where the natural roles are reversed? It can work but I'll tell you one thing, both partners have to be on board with ANY behavior either one is exhibiting, or call it off and try again.
