1) Load the text into any text editing program and press the Print Screen button
2) Tun Accessories -> Paint and then select Edit -> Paste from the menu.
3) Save

I'm not sure why you'd want to do that - it'd bloat the size of the file beyond all belief.
The simplest method I can think of is to print to file instead of to a printer, or use screen captures.
Saving it to PDF is a bit like saving it to an image, but it's still technically text, and will need further conversion before you can edit it in a graphics package.
Either that or write a program to do it...
