What are the strong and weak points of Stoicism?

My European husband is a very stoic guy.
I am the total opposite of him.
I love the fact that nobody can sway him from things once he has made up his mind.Weak point is,sometimes he really is wrong but will not see it.Can be very furstrating to others.

strong point you know where you are with that its always same ... even if frustrating
weak point is its difficult to do... like the tree that doesnt bend in the wind it will snap
