but he refuses to see the docter. He is also drooling like mad all the time. I think mah pa is dying what should I do?

When I tryed taking him to a docter he hit me. Should I call the police?

Call an ambulance and explain what is going on.

He may have suffered a stroke. If he continues to refuse medical attention, you can do nothing, until such time as he is incapacitated, by his condition, and no longer able to make decisions on his own.
Prepare yourself for the worst.

Take him to the vet, I mean doctor yourself...

umm.. if you live in the us you can't force someone to get medical attention.. however.. it sounds like he needs help.. continue to try and talk him into it.. is he confused? sounds like dementia to me..

maybe he had a mild stroke. get him to the Drs.
