I think your promotional efforts to find a better name for a planet would be better used on Uranus.

I'm sure something could be done, but we'd have to planet properly. Given that many of the planets have already had their names stolen for commercial purposes, maybe sponsorship is the way to go. Maybe McMercury would be more McMemorable for the younger generation? Mars is a candy bar, Saturn's some weirdass vehicle, Venus is a razor. I can just imagine the vying that would go on on a regular basis between Coke and Pepsi for the outlying planets that cross each other at different points in their orbits. And maybe Apple would sponsor, if not Showtune, then certainly iTune. I don't know if I can marshall any any more arguments in favour of the name change. Certainly it'sa turn up for the books, but I think it might be up to jutapityer wits against the challenge of finding a new name. For most mortal humans, it's too hard. Evenus.

The only way to make people care about Neptune is to stick Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan there. Neptune would then become a household name!
