Absolutely,right on the ball. The Constitution especially is something that neocon ideologues would like to ignore. It definitely cramps their style. But they seem to have no trouble ignoring it and riding rough shod over it.

Our education system is suspect too. Few college graduates were able to recognise important clauses taken from the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution in a recent survey. Some thought the sentences were from the Communist Manifesto and others thought that they were the opening lines of the TV series,DRAGNET.

Absolutely not, conservatives support the constitution and have tried to preserve our rights granted in it.

There is nothing about wiretapping calls made to oversea locations with or without warrants, in the bill of rights.
