The SCOTUS doesn't convene hearings -- it conducts trials, cases, and reviews. And it never has had a case about steroids to my knowledge. Perhaps you are thinking of the Congressional hearings where Canseco blathered, McGwire cuddled up to the Fifth, Sosa suddenly non habla ingles, and Palmeiro did himself no favors. That was held 17-March-2005.
