Even the CIA cannot get true real time images. That is because to get so much detail the satellites have to be in very low orbits and that makes them unable to see the whole Earth at one time; they can only see a small area maybe 100 miles wide at any one moment. As they orbit and the Earth rotates under them they only pass over any particular spot once every few days. And they only take a minute or so to pass over. So the best you can expect is one snapshot every few days for any particular spot on the ground. There are some sites that give you very recent images, the source is one, but not truly real time, like a live movie from space.

Real time imagery exists. Real time, free imagery does not. Those satellites are expensive to build, put up there and operate. Like any business, the owners want to recover their investment and make profits. If you're willing to pay and get through the background check, you can get real time images. Or, you can get employed by the NSA or CIA or other appropriate government agency.
