DIET.
You shouldn't diet. You should change your lifestyle and take care of yourself for the long term.
If you don't allow yourself to have some "naughty things" now and then then you'll just crave them even more and crash all together on your healthy eating habits.
Remember....all things are good in moderation. Steak has protein, you're getting dairy......and I assume some form of carbs. Add something green and tis not all that bad.......just try to stay on track!

We all need protein, calcium, and a little fat in our day. Munch on my friend, munch on! Besides, if you don't eat it now, you could go on a 2 week steak-and-cheese sub binge, no one wants that!

just skip any lettuce or other veg. thats where all the bad calories are anyway...
