Hi I hate these questions on applications forms because at the end of the day, all you want is a Job you dont nessacary actually really want to work there because you like it.
Sorry I can be of no help, but the way I see it if you have no idea why you want to work in a fashion clothes store then maybe its not right for you.
I know loads of people would answer this question saying bacause I love fashion etc etc etc.
Just right the first thing that comes into your head.

Nothing personally, their clothes are crap !
If you are looking for something intelligent to put on a staff application form I would think along the lines of "the buzz of working in a successful fashion chain of shops who remain at the cutting edge of popular fashion, and the enjoyment out of assisting customers".
If you are a people person - which I guess is mandatory for working in a shop and will be working 'front of house' I would try to sell your communication and people skills and also good presentation.
Good luck !

Standing around chatting all day and not asking if anyone needs help. Shops are not that great and clothes are nothing to write home about.
Get a more interesting job, assistants look bored shitless in there!
