Nothing seems to work, and I gain what feels liek 10 lbs each time, and its annoying because i feel huge in any clothes for that week before my period. I am taking the pill and thought that its supposed to help with things like bloating and cramps but it doesnt. Please help!!!!

I agree with Snuffy that this needs to be brought to your doctor's attention. Possibly he or she will prescribe a diuretic drug to be taken only during that week, or a different birth control pill.

Remember, too, that what you eat affects bloating. Since this is fully foreseeable, lay off salt as much as possible the day before the bloating would ordinarily begin, and continue to avoid needless salt until it would ordinarily leave.

Yeah, for some human beings issues like bloating, cramps, and backaches are commonplace for some week earlier and in many circumstances times after your era. attempt midol or something, it quite merely makes you pee so which you do not experience rather so bloated

Normally the pill does help. You should contact your doctor and let him/her know that. There are other birth control pills that help.
