A gauze piece if left in Abdominal cavity after Hystrectomy.
Can we remove it later on after 4 months from Vagina.

No it can not. You will have to be opened up again, and I would definitely hire a good malpractice attorney. You definitely have grounds for a law suit.

When surgery is done, before you are closed up, they count all the sponges, and gauze pieces that are used, they also count the surgical tools, to make sure nothing is left inside.

No you cannot. There is no open area to the abdominal cavity. The area was sutured closed after the surgery. It will need to be removed surgically. Possibly through the vagina.
