You've got some kind of spyware or adware program running on you computer.
You need to get a good antivirus & spam remover program & clean up your computer.
I recently used EZ antivirus by CA Associates, it fixed all the problem of the random websites popping up on my computer.

Sounds like you've got some spyware/virus mate, download a copy of spybot - search & destroy and let that look for spyware, then (if you havent already) install a good anti-virus programm like AVG free and let that do a full scan of your system.
Whatever you do DONT follow any link from the message it'll only lead to more junk, one other thing to try is make sure that you have remote assistance turned off, people can use that to gain access to your machine and leave messages etc. Remote assistance is the spawn of the devil - leave it off ALL the time!!!

I was told not to respond to any messages you don't recognise. They can contain virus's. Pop into a computer shop and see if they can help you.

That sounds like a virus to me, get some virus checking software.

I'd guess this is MBS, am I right? If so, do a search on it and you'll find various methods of getting rid of it.
