Yes, because I'm happy now, so having extra money to help family members and pay off debts would make things even happier. I really think I could pull off being a millionaire without turning to a life a despair.

everyone things that when you are a millionaire you can be the happiest person in the world, but that's not truth. this is facts, i was watching a E! true story about millionaires just yesterday and showed how unhappy these people really are. money can buy you all the material things in the world but money can't buy you love. your relationship with everyone changes, you always think, if someone is call to check on you they want something, and they are just concern about you. money makes people act and do the most funny things. don't you read the newspapers and watch TV. there a lots of things that goes on in the millionaire community that regular people like me and you don't hear about. if you are a millionaire no worries in the world why try to commit suicide? just a question for thought. i prefer to just have enough money to live a very comfortable live owning no one all at.

If I were to answer this question 5 years ago, I would say, Yah! I will be extremely happy. I could travel, buy clothes, fashion, get a car etc. etc. Afterwards, I would not be. Because, the money would run out and I will be back to where I was without the money and maybe less.
But now, if I were a millionaire, I will still be who I am, only with lots of disposable money. :-) I am happy now.

Yes I would be happy. I would have to be anonymous though. The only way that I'm going to become a millionaire is by winning the lottery. I would travel the world and generally take it easy.

For me I'm not be happy of being a millionaire because I'm not to enjoyed it about my life for being as famous person or being a millionaire and in the first place what if the some investors, businessman, businesswomen or traders to having an argument over to part sharing of their companies, and then what if the members of your family having to targeting to killed with them or having to kidnapped with them and rather say having a some enemies with you,and then I'll hated it to being a publicity of my life and then I'll don't like of being boastful or being a powerful as being a millionaire and I think must be a contented of all my life as a simple and an ordinary girl and I'm grew up from my simple family in my life and I'm only girl of my family and well Educated, being fun loving and I'm religious person and I think I want to work properly and I want to being a hardworking and I'm must happy that my family,my relatives and my friends that they always been there for me and I'm not to accept it to having a money that not came from the persons wants to having my own money and for me money and some material things it's not an important for all my life and I'm just to stay of being an ordinary girl than being a millionaire

I would be out of debt. And I'd own my own home outright. But I'd also be plagued by guilt every time I saw a homeless person or I'd be badgered by people asking for loans and handouts. I think if you can't be happy not as a millionaire, you probably can't be happy as a millionaire.

i am already very happy. i have a partner and 2 children who i love very dearly and they make me happy. if i was a millionaire would also make me happy as i would be able to provide my family with whatever they needed. if your question relates just to me then no i would not be happy as i believe you need more than money to make you happy, but as long as i had my family to spend this money on then yes i would be happy.
would you be happy if you were a millionaire?

Well, if you take into account the value of the properties I own and my stake in mypartners/my business i'm (on paper at least) probably worth a million right now, and no that alone doesn't make me happy, lots of things contribute to that, my partner Liz, my cats, our lifestyle, money is way down the list.
Its a true fact that having money wont make you happy if you're miserable, yes you can blow lots of it on stuff you want to own but they are just things, at the end of the day things are just that - things, they mean nothing.
If you're skint all the time i'm sure people think having lots of money would make you happy, but in reality all it does do is enable you to forget about money, you soon start worrying about other things instead.

Yes and no. If I was able to keep with my plans of emigrating and setting up a smallholding with my wife and future children then yes, I would be because we'd have enough spare cash to not have to worry too much about what the future brings.
If it's a million pounds in exchange for those things (ie, in compensation for some terrible accident), probably not.

a million actually doesnt buy as mcuha s it used to these days.
howeveer it would get me finiancial stable and comfortable and the rest would go to myine and my partners fmilies to help them out as mucha s we can. and i gues by thattime there wouldnt be much disposable cash left... but we would have ahouse and a comfortable family who woul be atsep closer to finiancial freedom.
money is not an evil thing, its how people react to it thats abd.
I can be happy wiht or with out money. its having the money to have the experiences that make you happy is what counts
