Have you had a period before? If you have never had period before, they could be the symptoms of PMS (Pre-menstrual symptoms). Nausea and vomiting can also be symptoms of abdominal problems (like irritable bowel syndrome). Usually PMS do not last for very long (usually 7-9 days) so if you have these symptoms for 2 weeks or more and persist, ask your mum to take you to the GP.

you probably are but dont think it will always be that way, some times i have cramps up to a week before sometimes cramps don't start till second day

would love to help you out and answer your question properly, but in order to do that you need to add additional info....

like... how old are you?
have you started your periods already?
do you have regular periods?
are you taking contraceptive pill?
and anything else you feel may be relative or assist a diagnosis... like how long have you had this? etc etc
