I was masturbating and I ejaculated outside of my girlfriend’s body and then about half an hour later inserted only the head of my penis inside her for a few seconds as it difficult to insert because she is a virgin.
What are the chances of her being pregnant if I didn’t ejaculate again inside her?

Depends, did you wash it in between, was there anything left on the outside or do you think there was the chance of any fluid being around and going on the outside or slightly in her vagina?

Pregnancy is definitely a possibility, although I would say it's unlikely. One factor to consider is where she is in her cycle, if it's less than a week after her period, then pregnancy is less likely. Perhaps get her the morning after pill just to make sure?
